Starting a job at Dick’s Drive-In is more than just a job, we are a close knit “family.” For a first time job, we teach responsibility and basic life skills that can help you forever. Since we are a very fast paced environment, you will also learn to push yourself to be as quick and great as you can be. What isn’t there to love about it here? Small town feel with great staff and even better food. A staple in Kaukauna and truthfully one of the better places to eat in town.

Solid little burgers, fries, and ice cream shop. There is no indoor seating but there are several picnic tables out back. Guests order inside, pick up their food, and carry it out. Credit cards are accepted. Prices and quality were about what I'd expect for a place like this. My bacon double cheeseburger and fries were tasty. Portion size on the fries seemed slightly light for medium. I also had a medium chocolate shake and this was larger than I expected... So I suppose it all evens out =) If it's a beautiful day and you feel like stopping for a classic burger, fries, and a shake/soft serve ice cream you probably won't be disappointed by Dick's Drive-In.

Dick’s Drive-In has been a Kaukauna favorite since 1955. Owned by Dick and Donna Sternhagen from 1954 to 1997. In 1997 Dick’s Drive-In was purchased by Brothers Scott and Kevin Lambie and they have been the owners ever since. The future plans are to keep it going as a family business and keep it the same as everyone remembers when they walk through our lobby.

Serving quality and reasonably priced burgers and ice cream, this family owned establishment has all the passion and dependability you could ever want in a favorite fast food restaurant. We believe that your favorite items you ordered 30 years ago should taste the same when you come in to order them today. We will continue to make all of our sauces homemade as it has been done for 65 years, because what is better than a homemade sauce? We strive for excellent quality of our food along with our friendly and ambitious staff. Our dedicated staff wants to serve you while you spend time with your family at our picnic tables behind the restaurant itself. Stop on in and start making memories!
